Measure Height+Thickness with a ruler

Height Measurement:

In the foto below you see how the height of the right eyeglass in the middle is measured with a ruler (measuring a height of 25.0 mm here). The frame is always included:

Please measure in millimetres (or inches), and try to estimate the tenths of a mm (or 1/256ths of an inch).

Please measure both the left and right eyeglasses and send the smaller value of the two (because sometimes they are different).

Please measure the largest horizontal width of one eyeglass (without the frame) on the inside (eyeside) too.
